Refund Policy

Purchase a membership in the loyalty program and then members can spend up to the 30 (thirty) days going through all the program offers. Incase the members are not satisfied with the loyalty packs for any specific reason, they need to contact the company’s support department ([email protected]) within your first 30 (thirty) days of membership and request for refund. The company will initiate the program cancellation and refund process.

The company will not accept any returns after 35th day from the membership agreement. Once your refund request is processed your access to the loyalty program and backoffice site and all related benefits and/or privileges will be immediately cancelled.

The Company will not refund any payments made by Member in connection with Member’s membership unless approved by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion.
